On monday, LOST finished.
Least to say i was slightly dissapointed. Not a single question was answered. But at least jack finally died.
And the last scene was beautiful.
Exams, and LOST. An end of two era's. BYE.

A 7am Start

Elephants on Parade I

I could stand the sight of worms, and look at microscopic germs, but technicolor pachyderms is really too much for me.

The Cause
To raise awareness for the increasingly endangered Asian Elephants

The task
Find all 258 Elephants on Parade.

To be honest, the idea was a good one, but i was daunted by the sheer number of Elephants. But what put me off even more was Elephant number 219. The elusive Cloudia. She migrates. So i knew even if i found the other 257, i wouldn't find her elusive self, and would get myself down. So mine and Olivia's momentary obsession ended and we headed toward the cinema to watch Robin Hood.

You'll never believe this, right. Guess who, of ALL people, we stumbled across on our way to the cinema. Cloudia herself!!!



Of all the places in London an elephant could go to, she went to where we were. Obviously she was pleased to see us:





It was then evident that Cloudia found us for a reason. She wanted us to find her brothers and sisters. So in between watching 'Robin Hood' and 'The Back-Up Plan' (Don't ask), that's exactly what we did.

I thought the idea of the project was to raise awareness for the cruelty against asian elephants. To our dismay, Saffron was a) Being eaten by mice, b) Cordoned off. So we set her free (and took a photo)

She was in Westfields 'The Village'. Figures really.

Travel Blog

I'm not sure to how many people i have revealed the meaning of the word 'Daliure'. It means 'the boy who has been around the world', and was the part of the name given to me when i was... on the other side of the world.
I think part of me wanted this to be a travel blog, hence the name. But apart from one half hearted entry about Amsterdam, i've not done much travel blogging on here.
I recently took a break out of my very committed revision schedule to visit my sister in Nottingham. I had planned to take my camera and see loads of sights. I forgot the camera. And i missed my train. But i did go the next day, for a mere 24 hours. I saw two sights. I got no photos, but I'm not the only person to visit nottingham, and so i've just googled the sites, and i will pretend that i took the pictures myself, for peace of mind.
